Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your VIP purchase or decide you no longer wish to have VIP access, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund within this period, please contact @HGM in the support channel on our Discord server and include your payment email and transaction ID.
VIP is delivered digitally to your account once payment is confirmed. If delivery fails due to a system issue, we will either complete delivery or issue a refund.
2. Refunds After 14 Days
Refunds requested after the 14-day window are not guaranteed. You may still contact @HGM via Discord to discuss your situation, and we may review it on a case-by-case basis.
3. Chargebacks and Fraud Claims
If you initiate a chargeback or file a fraudulent complaint with your payment or banking provider without contacting us first, this will be treated as fraudulent behavior.
In such cases, you will be banned from all HGMServers servers and permanently blacklisted from accessing any of our services in the future.
We work with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and will provide evidence of delivery and usage where appropriate.
4. In-Game Credits & Digital Items
Purchases made with in-game credits are non-refundable. This includes digital items, perks, roles, and any content from the Credit Shop or Gambling system.
If a purchase fails due to an error on our end (e.g., server failure, item not delivered), you may contact us to request a review. If verified, we will restore the credits lost.
5. Crypto Payments and Donations
Crypto payments and donations are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If a crypto payment is sent to the wrong address or network, we may not be able to recover it.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Open a ticket in the support channel
- Provide your payment email, transaction ID, and a brief reason
