Got questions? We’ve got answers. Here’s everything you need to know about HGMServers, from VPN kicks to VIP perks.

Connectivity & Accounts

We use a custom VPN detection API that goes beyond the default system. If you’re not using a VPN but still get kicked, it might be due to proxies, mobile data, or flagged ISP ranges. This helps us prevent cheaters from ban evasion.
Click My Account on the top right of hgmserve.rs. You’ll need an email and password. Once you log in, you can link your in-game accounts and view your stats.
After logging in, go to My Account. Click Generate Link Code for your game, then type !link [code] in in-game chat to link your account.

Gambling, Credit Shop & Credits

Make an account on /account. Once logged in, go to /account/me. You’ll see tabs for each supported game. Select the game you want to link, click Generate Link Code, and enter the code in-game using the command !link [code]. Once linked, refresh your page to sync stats. You can then visit /credits/gamble, pick a game, and select from your linked accounts using the dropdown menu.
Go to /credits/shop to see items available for purchase with your credits. Select the game account you want to spend credits from and click Buy on any item. Purchases are logged and shown in your history.
To ensure the Discord role is granted to the correct account, visit /account and click Edit Profile. Sync your Discord profile picture to link your Discord ID to your HGMServers account. This is required before purchasing any Discord roles in the Credit Shop.
Credits are earned in-game by getting kills, completing quests, and participating in chat games or quizzes. To see your active quests, type !crq in-game or visit your linked account on /account. All commands related to credits can be seen by using !crhelp in-game.
Warning: Credits earned on HGMServers are for use only on HGMServers. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be traded for money, and are not transferable to other communities or platforms.

Demos

Once you have downloaded the .zip file containing the .demo and matching .json file, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the T6 storage folder:

    You can copy and paste this path into your File Explorer's address bar. The AppData folder may be hidden by default.

    C:\Users\*YOUR USER*\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6
  2. Create a 'demos' folder:

    Inside the t6 folder, create a new folder named demos if it doesn't already exist.

  3. Extract the files:

    Extract both the .demo and .json files from the downloaded zip directly into this new demos folder.

  4. Launch the game and watch the demo:

    a. Load T6 Multiplayer and go Online.
    b. Navigate to the Theater option.
    c. You should see your demo listed. Select it and press Start Film.

You can now view T5 (Black Ops 1) demos manually using an in-game console command. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the T5 storage folder:

    Paste this into File Explorer. AppData may be hidden.

    C:\Users\*YOUR USER*\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5
  2. Create a 'demos' folder (if missing):

    Inside t5, create a folder named demos.

  3. Place the demo file:

    Drop the downloaded .demo file into the demos folder. (No .json is required for T5.)

  4. Play the demo in-game:

    a. Launch T5 Multiplayer and go Online.
    b. Open the console (usually the ~ key).
    c. Type: /demo_play <name> (without the .demo extension).
    For example, if the file is finalclutch.demo, use /demo_play finalclutch.

Demos are automatically deleted after 3 days. This policy is necessary to conserve server disk space and to keep the demo list fresh and manageable. To give you an idea of the volume, our servers can generate over 5,000 demos in that short time!

Features & Perks

Credits come from our plugin "Credify". You can gamble, gift, or shop with them in supported games. Use !crhelp in-game to see all commands. You earn credits by killing real players.
VIP gives you perks like Vote Map, Vote Skip, Vote Ban, special ranks in-game and on Discord, and future bonuses on upcoming servers. It also helps keep the servers running.
Go to hgmserve.rs/vip, connect your Discord, and choose your payment method. After donating, your perks are automatically applied.

Support & Reports

You can send an application to Staff Application.
Use the !rep command followed by their name and reason. If they leave or no staff respond in time, record and report it in the Discord's report-a-cheater channel.
Appeal your ban in the Discord's ban-appeals channel.

Download the CoD4x Client Files. Note: You must own the game on Steam.

No, we only host servers. For help hosting your own, join the official Discord of the client you want to use.
We do not support pirated versions of games. It's also best to contact the official client Discord for help.
