5. VIP Terms

• VIP access is non-transferable
• Misuse may result in removal without refund
• VIP perks may change over time

6. Virtual Credits & Gambling Features

• HGMServers Credits are a virtual currency used solely within our services.
• Credits can be earned by gameplay, completing quests or chat events
• Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash or other currencies.
• Gambling features are intended for entertainment only and do not constitute real-money wagering.
• All credit balances, linked accounts, and transaction histories are subject to logging and review.
• Users found exploiting credit systems or abusing gambling features may face penalties or bans.

HGMServers is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, gameplay interruptions, or third-party actions.

8. Enforcement

Staff decisions are final. If you wish to appeal a ban or penalty, use the appropriate channels such as our Discord support system.
