Pay the one-time unban appeal fee to have your ban reviewed. No account linking needed — just log in and enter your in-game Client ID. The fee also includes Lifetime VIP applied straight to that Client ID: a reserved server slot on T4 and IW4x (more games coming), 100,000 bonus credits, and all the usual VIP perks.
How it works
- 1Log in to your hgmserve.rs account — or create one, it's free and takes a second.
- 2Enter your in-game Client ID (there's a guide below) and pay the fee.
- 3You'll get a unique verification code — screenshot it for your appeal.
- 4Lifetime VIP is applied to your Client ID automatically — no linking needed.
- 5Post the code in your ban appeal thread; staff verify it and process your appeal.

There is an alternative if you do not wish to pay the fee. If you would rather take the other option, mention it in your ban appeal and staff will provide the details.
Your Lifetime VIP and unban only last as long as you stay in good standing. If you get banned or caught again, you can no longer pay this fee — your VIP is revoked and the ban is permanent. This is a one-time second chance, not a renewable pass.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after paying this fee will immediately void your appeal, revoke your VIP, and result in a permanent ban from all HGMServers services and platforms. If you have an issue with your payment, contact staff first.
